The Caucus, so far, is made up of adjuncts, NTTs, and graduate students – proud union members and supporters – who believe that Temple administration is more than capable of ensuring the well being of its employees and students – those whose daily hard work makes Temple what it is. As our membership continues to grow, we expect that campus workers, librarians, and tenure track faculty will join us in our demands for basic job security. We advocate the establishment of departmental democratic committees in order that our collective voice can be stronger both within our unions and within the university.
